Duties
- Ensure that production goals met all areas according plan specifications: Key areas are: Quality, Yield, Delta Value, Productivity, Cost/CT Pipe line.
- Plans her/his team production, anticipates problems suggests corrective actions.
- Implement full manufacturing practices philosophy.
- Maintain normal production output, QC-ing stones the areas required.
- Identifies implements creative innovative ideas continuously improve sustain business
- Adheres security procedures all times set example her/his team follow polishers/trainees.
- Responsible accurate completion fix flex information.
- Act a coach, mentor-motivator his/her team. This means being actively involved the management process: communicate goals values, continuously give feedback (both positive constructive), listen, show empathy, organize corrective actions training, assess in objective way.

- Liaise the workshop making sure equipment issues communicated.
- Communicate preparation/Laurelton Antwerp, making sure estimates discrepancies are
- Maintain safe attitude work behave a safe manner prevent accidents injuries.
- Strictly adhere all safety operating procedures through safety programs.

Requirements
- Bachelor Degree Engineering other related fields.
- 3-5 years’ experience manufacturing in global Company.
- Previous leadership experience manufacturing plant.
- English good specking writing
- Strong Computer Skill (Excel, Power Point, word, E-mail)
- Strong Solving problem
- Strong negotiation
- Strong Maintenance
- Good self- confidant
- Good understanding manufacturing process.
- Excellent team and communication skills.
- Proficient Sarin/Ogi technology.
- Preferred Qualifications/Primary Job Requirements.
- Previous experience performance management.
- Good statistical skills.
- Understanding production process planning.

Working Conditions
