Due to the business expansion, we are now urgently looking for suitable candidates for the positions:
- Supervisor Cleaner (1 person)
- Production Manager (1 person)
- Translator Khmer-Vietnam- English (1 person)
Responsibilities:
- To identify areas within the factory of whole buildings or facilities that are to be cleaned, arrange cleaning schedules plan and determine the appropriate cleaning method(s) to be used for each area.
- Develop a cleaning procedure for each area and document this procedure.
- Train cleaning staff in the appropriate cleaning method for each area and instruct them on the cleaning procedures
- Supervise staff and their works. Ensure that cleaning is carried out to the required standard.
- Take corrective action where necessary to ensure standards are maintained and provide on the job training for cleaners as necessary.
- Develop cleaning rosters, assigning staff to clean each area of the factory and defining the frequency cleaning of each of the areas. Manage staff absences to ensure that all cleaning duties are complete.
- Experience in a professional cleaning role.
- Experienced in Supervisor or Leader with cleaner file.
- Good working attitude.
- Ability to supervise other people and to assign work.
- Basic level computer skills.
- Other tasks assigned by Administration Manager.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that production goals are met in all areas according to plan and specifications: Key areas are: Quality, Yield, Delta Value, and Productivity, Cost/CT and Pipe line.
- Plans with her/his team the production, anticipates problems and suggests corrective actions.
- Implement in full the manufacturing and practices and philosophy.
- Maintain a normal production output, QC-in stones in the areas required.
- Identifies and implements creative and innovative ideas to continuously improve and sustain the business
- Adheres to security procedures at all times and set the example for her/his team to follow polishers/trainees.
- Responsible for accurate completion of fix flex information.
- Act as a coach, mentor-motivator of his/her team. This means being actively involved in the performance management process: communicate goals and values, continuously give feedback (both positive and constructive), listen, show empathy, organize corrective actions and training, assess performance in an objective way.
- Coach and set plans to manage and improve performance.
- Communicate individual and team goals and values.
- Give clear assignment and follow up.
- Managing the training done by his team leaders.
- Manages subordinates' key effectiveness areas by setting, monitoring and reviewing
- Performance and taking corrective action as necessary
- Implements knowledge management principles through application of tools and methodologies to continuously improve and sustain business performance
- Be an active participant in the production team.
- Be the communication liaison between the team, colleagues and management. As a production team member, you point out quality / (production issues), attend meetings, make suggestions to improve
- Liaise actively with inventory control with regards to the logistics planning of the factory, making sure that production is balanced
- Liaise actively with Quality assurance making sure quality standards are met.
- Liaise with the workshop making sure equipment issues are communicated.
- Communicate to preparation/Laurelton Antwerp, making sure estimates discrepancies are
- Maintain a safe attitude at work and behave in a safe manner to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Strictly adhere to all safety operating procedures and through safety programs.
- Set the example for his/her team to follow.
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or other related fields.
- 3-5 years’ experience with manufacturing or Global Company.
- Previous leadership experience manufacturing plant.
- English good specking and writing
- Strong Computer Skill (Excel, Power Point, word, E-mail)

- Good self- confidant
- Good understanding with manufacturing process.
- Excellent team work and communication skills.
- Proficient in Sarin/Ogi evaluation technology.
- Preferred Qualifications/Primary Job Requirements.
- Previous experience with performance management.
- Good statistical skills.
- Understanding with production process and planning.
- Anger to learn and adapt it as well.
- Other tasks assigned by Plant Director/GM.
Responsibilities:
- Translate for 3 languages
- Speaking and writing translation
- Work closely with foreigner
- Support admin work
- Report to supervisor
- Other task assigned by supervisor
- At least 2 year experience about Vietnam-English-Khmer translator
- Fluent in English-Vietnamese-Khmer (Macro-Skills)
- Strong communication skill and high responsibility
- Good solving problem
- Be flexible person hard working, honesty
- Good at time management
- Able to work independently / under pressure
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Power Point, Word,)
- Working Days:
- 5 days per week (MON-FRI)
